New Delhi, 29th November 2016; GAIL is conferred with four Oil Industry Safety Awards for the year 2014-15 to four different units of the Company. GAIL Pata is winner in the processing plant category and GAIL Vijaipur – as runner up in the same category, where GAIL Hazira- Vijaipur- Jagadishpur Pipeline for the cross country pipeline category and GAIL Gandhar in the category of the most consistent Safety Performer as gas processing plant. Shri B C Tripathi, CMD GAIL along with Dr.Ashutosh Karnatak, Director (Projects) and winning team leaders received the award on behalf of the Company. Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, Hon’ble Minister of State for Petroleum and Natural Gas (I/C) gave away the awards at the OISD Award ceremony held today at SCOPE Complex in Delhi.
