GGSPL – A brief overview:
Incorporated in 2004 and operationalized in May 2012, GGSPL is an independent trading company that will participate in global LNG markets. With its presence across Liquefaction, Shipping and Regasification GGSPL will be sourcing spot cargoes for GAIL.
GAIL will provide GGSPL the necessary access to all its sources across the LNG Value chain in India and globally. The primary activities of GGSPL will be
- LNG Trading
- Risk Management
- LNG Shipping
With a strategic location, strong portfolio and an open door to GAIL infrastructure, GGSPL is set to source all spot – cargo needs for GAIL in the future. While GGSPL will have close business transactions with GAIL, there will be complete commercial and operational autonomy through clear separation of activities.
